Smoothies
Can a girl get some recipes? The only things I’m not really a fan of in my smoothies: peanut butter and chocolate. Those go better in a candy bar, which I’m not going to be allowed to have.

I realize this will sound disgust, but frozen fruit (banana, blueberry, mango, a few strawberries-whatev), a handful of spinach, and carrot juice. (And maybe some protein powder.) You can’t taste the carrot and it’s REALLY good for you.

I buy frozen fruit so I don’t have to add ice. Usually I’ll do spinach, half a banana, and then whatever frozen fruit I have …strawberries, pineapple, mango, blueberries (all delish!) and then either a little milk or yogurt.

frozen nanners & choc silk. yogurt &frozen fruit with some OJ. they also sell those immune fruit juices at the food store(cant think of their brand name) that contain 18 blueberries 25 apples and 5 oranges and… then you just combine that with ice.

My favorite lately is frozen bananas and strawberries, almond milk, and a packet of hot chocolate mix. You can nix that last part.

We sometimes just blend ice, almond milk and fruit. (though my fav is honey and peanut butter and almond milk. Haha)

1 banana, a 1/2-1 cup of frozen mixed berries, a scoop of whey protein, 1/2-1 cup of coconut milk (and dairy would work), and if you’re feeling adventurous, a handful of baby spinach leaves.
